Next to the speaker is an Eico 723, which is a 60 watt DC input transmitter...about 50 watts output.

The box next to the receiver is a TR switch so I didn't need to move switches around to start transmitting. It was described in the ARRL handbooks back then. Building that... I needed a LOT help from a marine master gunnery sargeant. :)

The old bug is sitting on the old Tymeter "digital" clock. I still have everything except the TR switch.

Some cool shacks here, I love the youth spirit of getting on the air where ever and with whatever you have.

    BAD, frightning arrangement,
I see the HEAVYEST item on the highest shelf. I would be afraid the power supply would break the shelf loose and smash down on the Delicate, expensive radio !
I keep my RS35 supply on the bottom shelf of my desk where it sits by it's self running 24/7 .
I just drag it out once a year to tighten the connections and dust the heat sink. No other need to ever see it, If I look down there I see the lit up red power switch . That's all I need to see.

Yeah, my setup is awesome because I have all of the power supplies behind the desk on another desk. easily accessible!
