When you need to solder small parts/wires of stainless steel

    Nice Idea and congrats for starting this section on QRZ.
    Here is a Tip I would like to recommend : When you need to solder small parts/wires of stainless steel, if normal solder flux does not work, try a drop of phosphoric acid. It works great !

    So does hydrochloric acid and a diluted version is sold as a stainless steel flux Ive been using for decades. Another diluted version is available for pool water.

    With any acid be safe and have plenty of air circulation.
