Who knew that chickens were heavy smokers?
Tonight it's cassoulet. That's a dish my wife picked up in France. Made with duck meat, duck fat, white beans and pork. French baked beans.
Charcuterie platter - light easy dinner on the deck as the summery days wane...
Freshly's microwave meal. XYL flying to SAN to visit the wicked witch of the west (my MIL).
Pretty good if bought somewhere in Southeast Asia. Still any food can be revived with chipotles abodabos.
