Okay, I have you all beat: I have a condom on my left foot's big toe.

Yes, I know that's not where it usually goes but I'm trying an experiment: I read somewhere that if you have a nagging toenail fungus problem that you should soak the affected toe in Listerine--eventually, it'll kill the fungus. (It sure beats taking a pill to get rid of the problem and that could also kill your liver.) I tried dipping my toe into a paint spray cap, other caps, in a Baggie with a rubber band ... none of those worked. So, what else would contain a liquid yet fit snugly on my toe? A condom.

If this works, Trojan is going to receive the strangest customer feedback letter, ever.

    That's just wrong.

I had the fungus among us at one point in time. I went to the Dr. and got that medicine. It took about 3 months but it cleared up and hasn't returned. Threw away the remainder of the prescription.

I also used to get TERRIBLE heat rash when sweating and stuck in a soaked shirt. It itched like crazy. After the treatment, it never returned. I believe it has something to do with blood chemistry.

Remember, even Tylenol is bad for your liver.

Maybe we should sked something on 75 meters to continue this conversation further.

Did you know Listerine was originally invented by an American Doctor in the 1800's as a floor and wall cleaner for scrubbing and disinfecting surgical rooms?

Gee... they keep finding new uses for this product every day huh? :D:p

Let's just say I had an "interesting" day at work and leave it that, OK? o_O

Was Listerine or condoms involved in any way??

What I did today I doubt anyone else did was to create a time-lapse of removing all of the parts in a Heathkit SB-650 Digital Display that's in really bad shape and badly in need of serious restoration.... (there's a thread on it over in Boatanchors)

Here's the video - really cheesy with YouTube-added music that cuts abruptly :D:D

    Did you know about Barbicide?

If not, I'm assuming you do know about words that end in -icide. :)

I'm sure you're one of many success stories, but I just don't want to risk it since the only luck I have is bad--even flipping a coin where the odds are 50-50, 90% of time I lose.

The other reason why I'm not opting for the drug is that it's not covered under my insurance plan--it's considered "non-essential" medicine ... which is fine--I have no quarrel against that.

    Homicide... Suicide... :D

Yes, I know about it and just like using Listerine and condoms, Barbicide offers similar protection.
