Trying to move to MySQL using the datasource administrator >>add>>. It only shows MS products and one for Oracle and that one does not work. I am using version 8. what ever. Any suggestion where to find it?

It was selected in the download installer for windows. I even rebooted.... If memory is correct it had an arrow or something next to it and it was version 5.x and an update is available to 8.x and upgrade was selected.

Maybe the 8.x version is too new for HRD to recognize?? Any clues on how to go back to 5.x without doing a total removal?

I just have a hard time believing Oracle dropped the ball in the install.

Just found the link to older versions and will try that later.

Found out it takes a 32bit driver not the 64 bit. Version 8 something and 32 bit will work.
