Hi, I have managed to get EchoHam working fine on my iMac with the port forwarding etc. & my callsign/account has been verified. My issue is that I cannot get heard - I have checked with Echotest, and there seems to be an issue with very low mic gain, whether I use the iMac's inbuilt mic or the mic on my bluetooth headphones - received audio is fine & very clear. I have also noticed that beyond the low gain that when I press PTT, the system gets my input for about 2-3 secs, then it goes silent - sometimes restarting after 2 secs, sometimes not. The upshot is that when I try to talk to other stations, they are not getting anything from me. Any ideas as to what I can check next? The PC versions of Echolink appear to have gain & audio settings etc but EchoHam has none that I can find, but I am not sure that would fix the cutout of the mic input.
